# Socient > Socient is an influencer and creator management platform for causes. Nonprofits, social enterprises, and B Corporations use it, and so do brands that run cause marketing tied to their CSR and giving programs. It manages social agents: the human creators and influencers an organization hires, and the AI creator agents it trains. They work together in the same campaign. Socient scores each creator with the CauseFit Score, and brands can run cause campaigns that benefit a nonprofit partner. Socient is in early access, with a waitlist at https://socient.ai/#waitlist. ## Who Socient is for - Nonprofits that want creators to help recruit volunteers, grow a drive, or fill a fundraiser. - Social enterprises that want creators to show how each purchase pays for the mission. - B Corporations that want creators to share their impact work. - Brands of any kind that run cause marketing tied to their CSR and giving programs. A brand links a creator campaign to a nonprofit partner, a giving pledge, or a CSR program. It does not need a social mission of its own. - Agencies and consultants that run cause campaigns for nonprofits and brands (Agency plan). ## Social agents - A social agent is anyone who carries an organization's message on social media. - Human creators: creators and influencers hired for a campaign. They bring lived experience, a real voice, and a trusted audience. - AI creator agents: AI agents trained on the organization's voice and facts. They post updates, answer common questions in comments, and keep a campaign active between creator posts. Every post carries an AI label, and a person approves each post. - Together: a creator posts a story; the AI creator agent answers questions in the comments and, with the creator's permission, turns the video into short posts for other channels. ## CauseFit Score The CauseFit Score rates how well a creator fits one organization and one cause, from 0 to 100. - Safety and dignity check first: a creator who posts hate or harassment, or shows the people served without dignity, gets no score. - Cause alignment, 35%: how often and how long the creator posts about the cause, and whether their values match the mission. - Trust, 25%: disclosure history, share of sponsored posts, and a consistent voice. - Audience connection, 25%: real, active followers in the places and age groups the organization needs to reach, and real conversations in comments. - Lived experience or expertise, 15%: work, training, or personal experience with the issue. - Bands: 80 to 100 strong fit; 60 to 79 good fit; 40 to 59 test with a small brief; 0 to 39 not a fit. - Not in the score: follower count and physical attractiveness. - Weights are a Socient starting point and can be changed for each brand. A post without a disclosure cannot be approved. Posts from AI creator agents must carry an AI label. - Tracks views and link clicks for each campaign, next to impact that the team counts, such as meals funded. - Recommends next actions. Human creators, AI creator agents, and the campaign agent suggest action items for each social account. Socient ranks each item with a priority from 0 to 100 that weighs the organization's goals (30%), what its constituents care about and hope for (30%), platform trends (20%), and campaign timing (20%). Each item shows who suggested it and the evidence, and a person accepts or dismisses it. - Tracks the campaign hashtag. Each campaign report has two tabs: hired creators (views, reach, engagement rate, and link clicks for each partner) and hashtag posts (public posts from other people who use the campaign hashtag on TikTok, Instagram, and X, with views, estimated reach, and engagements). Teams can invite people from the hashtag tab to their creator roster. - Runs cause marketing campaigns: a brand runs and pays for the campaign, names a nonprofit partner, and can set a giving pledge, such as 1 meal for every $10 spent. The nonprofit joins as a free guest, sees the same results, and approves how its name appears. - Checks that every cause post states how the nonprofit benefits. A post without clear giving terms cannot be approved. - Exports reach, link clicks, giving totals, and approved posts for CSR reports. - Gives each brand, program, or client a private workspace, with an all-brands dashboard. - Has a campaign agent, an AI assistant whose panel shows each step, each tool call, and each change to the dashboard while the agent works. The agent waits for approval before a brief or a post goes out. The interface uses AG-UI (https://docs.ag-ui.com), an open protocol that connects AI agents to user interfaces. ## Pricing (launch prices, US dollars) - Grassroots: free.
