Social agents: human creators and AI creator agents.

On Socient, a social agent is anyone who carries your message on social media. Some social agents are people. Some are AI. They do the best work together.

Human creators

The creators and influencers you hire for a campaign. They bring lived experience, a real voice, and an audience that trusts them. The CauseFit Score helps you pick them.

AI creator agents

AI agents that you train on your voice and your facts. They post updates, answer common questions, and keep a campaign active between creator posts. Every post carries an AI label.

Together

A creator posts a story. Your AI creator agent answers questions in the comments and shares the sign-up link. With the creator's permission, it turns the video into short posts for your other channels.

You approve every post, from a human creator or from an AI creator agent.

Find creators who care about your cause.

The agent searches TikTok, Instagram, and X for creators who already post about your cause. It scores each one for fit, so you start with people who mean it.

  • Cause fit, not only follower countEach creator gets a CauseFit Score. A creator with 15,000 loyal followers can move more people than one with a million.
  • One roster for each brandKeep notes, status, and past campaigns for every creator in one place.
  • You choose who to inviteThe agent suggests. You decide.

The CauseFit Score: know who fits before you reach out.

The CauseFit Score rates each creator from 0 to 100 for one organization and one cause. It has four parts, and each part comes from published research. The campaign agent shows the evidence for each part.

  1. Cause alignment35%

How often, and for how long, the creator posts about your cause. Their values match your mission.

  2. Trust25%

A clear disclosure history, a fair share of sponsored posts, and a voice that stays the same.

  3. Audience connection25%

Real, active followers in the places and age groups you need to reach. Comments that are real conversations.

  4. Lived experience or expertise15%

Work, training, or personal experience with the issue you address.

Safety and dignity come first. This is a check, not a part of the score. A creator who posts hate or harassment, or who shows the people you serve without dignity, gets no score.

Follower count is not part of the score. Physical attractiveness is also left out, although it is one of the three classic endorser traits. Neither one tells you if a creator cares about your cause.

The research behind the score

  • Ohanian (1990), Journal of Advertising. A validated scale for the credibility of celebrity endorsers: expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness. Later influencer studies use the same traits. It is the base for the trust and expertise parts.
  • Breves, Liebers, Abt, and Kunze (2019), Journal of Advertising Research. On Instagram, a good fit between an influencer and a brand raised the perceived expertise and trust of the influencer. It also improved brand attitudes and intentions. It is the base for the cause alignment part.
  • Schouten, Janssen, and Verspaget (2020), International Journal of Advertising. People felt more similar to influencers than to celebrities, and trusted them more. Similarity, identification, and trust made the ads work. It is the base for the audience connection part.
  • Pracejus and Olsen (2004), Journal of Business Research. In two choice studies of cause-related marketing, a donation to a high-fit charity was worth about 5 to 10 times a donation to a low-fit charity. Socient uses this for cause campaigns that pair a brand and a nonprofit.
  • FTC Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR Part 255. The United States rules for disclosure of paid posts. Socient uses them in the trust part.

The weights are a Socient starting point. You can change them for each brand.

Brief, review, and approve in one place.

The agent drafts each brief in your brand's voice. Creators send their posts back to Socient. You review each post before it goes live.

  • Briefs that protect dignityEach brief lists what to show and what to avoid, such as faces of people you serve without consent.
  • A disclosure check on every postA post without a clear #ad or paid partnership label cannot be approved.
  • The agent shows its workThe agent panel shows each step and each tool call. It waits for your approval before anything goes out.

Cause marketing, tied to your CSR and giving.

Any brand can link a creator campaign to a nonprofit partner, a giving pledge, or a CSR program. The brand and the nonprofit see the same results. Your CSR team gets the numbers for its impact report.

  • One campaign, two organizationsThe brand runs and pays for the campaign. The nonprofit joins as a free guest and approves how its name and story appear.
  • Giving tied to resultsSet a pledge, such as 1 meal for every $10 spent. Socient keeps the total for the campaign.
  • Clear giving terms in every postEach creator post must say how the nonprofit benefits. The review blocks a post that does not.
  • Results for your CSR reportExport reach, link clicks, giving totals, and every approved post.

Track your campaign hashtag, not only your creators.

Your hired creators start the campaign. Then supporters, customers, and volunteers post with your hashtag. Socient tracks both groups and puts them in one campaign report.

Your social agents recommend what to do next.

Creators and AI creator agents see what works on social every day. Socient collects their ideas, checks each one against four signals, and gives you a short, ranked list of action items.

  • Four signalsYour goals, what your constituents care about and hope for, trends on each platform, and the timing of your campaigns.
  • Human and AI recommendersEach item shows the creators and AI creator agents who suggested it.
  • Ranked, with the evidenceEach item gets a priority from 0 to 100 and shows the facts behind it. Ask the campaign agent why an item ranks high.
  • You decideAccept an item to send a brief or add it to the plan. Dismiss an item, and Socient uses that when it ranks the next ones.

Questions teams ask first.

What is Socient?

Socient is an influencer and creator management platform for causes. Nonprofits, social enterprises, and B Corporations use it. So do brands that run cause marketing tied to their CSR and giving programs. It helps you find, score, brief, and review your social agents, and track the results.

What is a social agent?

A social agent is anyone who carries your message on social media. On Socient, social agents are the human creators and influencers you hire, and the AI creator agents you train. They work together in the same campaign.

What is an AI creator agent?

An AI creator agent is an AI that posts for your cause in your voice. You train it on your facts and your past posts. It posts updates, answers common questions in comments, and supports your human creators. Every post from an AI creator agent carries a clear AI label, and you approve each post.

What is the CauseFit Score?

The CauseFit Score rates how well a creator fits your organization and your cause, from 0 to 100. It adds four weighted parts: cause alignment (35%), trust (25%), audience connection (25%), and lived experience or expertise (15%). A safety and dignity check comes first. A creator who fails the check gets no score.

Does Socient track campaign hashtags?

Yes. Each campaign report has two tabs. The first tab shows your hired creators, with views, reach, engagement, and link clicks. The second tab shows public posts from other people who use your campaign hashtag on TikTok, Instagram, and X, with views and estimated reach. You can invite people from the second tab to your creator roster.

How does Socient recommend what to do next?

Your human creators, your AI creator agents, and the campaign agent suggest action items for your social accounts. Socient checks each item against four signals: your goals, what your constituents care about and hope for, trends on each platform, and the timing of your campaigns. Each item gets a priority from 0 to 100 and shows its evidence. You accept or dismiss each item.

Where does the CauseFit Score come from?

The four parts come from published research on endorser credibility, influencer and brand fit, and cause marketing. The weights are a Socient starting point, and you can change them for each brand. Follower count and physical attractiveness are not part of the score.

Who is Socient for?

Socient is for nonprofits, social enterprises, and B Corporations. It is also for brands that run cause marketing tied to their CSR and giving programs, and for the agencies that run these campaigns.

Can a brand without a social mission use Socient?

Yes. Any brand can run cause marketing on Socient. Link the campaign to a nonprofit partner, a giving pledge, or a CSR program. The CauseFit Score then checks each creator against that cause.

What is a cause campaign?

A cause campaign is a creator campaign that a brand runs to benefit a nonprofit, often as part of its CSR or giving program. The brand names the nonprofit as its partner and can set a giving pledge, such as 1 meal for every $10 spent. The nonprofit joins as a free guest and sees the same results as the brand.

What does Socient cost?

Grassroots is free for up to 2 brands. Studio costs $79 a month for 5 brands and 3 team seats. Agency costs $199 a month for 25 brands and 10 team seats. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free on paid plans. These are launch prices for people on the waitlist.

How do I earn AI credits?

You earn credits when you promote Socient, take part in the Socient community, or become an ambassador. Grassroots plans run on earned credits. Paid plans include credits each month, and you can earn more in the same ways.

Does Socient check for a paid partnership disclosure?

Yes. In the United States, the FTC requires creators to disclose a paid partnership or a free product. Socient checks each post for a clear disclosure, such as #ad or the platform's paid partnership label. A post without a disclosure cannot be approved until the creator adds one. Posts from AI creator agents must also carry an AI label. Posts in a cause campaign must also say how the nonprofit benefits.

How does the campaign agent show its work?

The campaign agent is the AI assistant inside Socient. Its panel shows each step, each tool call, and each change to your data while it happens. When a brief or a post is ready, it stops and waits for your approval. The interface uses AG-UI, an open protocol that connects AI agents to user interfaces.

Is each brand's work kept separate?

Yes. Each brand is a private workspace with its own social agents, campaigns, briefs, and results. Only the all-brands dashboard shows data from more than one brand.

Can I invite board members or partners?

Yes. Invite them as guests. Guests are free and do not use a seat. A guest sees only the workspace or campaign you share.

When can I start using Socient?
